Preparation

  • Prep the workspace by lining the yogurt and mixed fruit bowl beside the popsicle container.
  • Spoon vegan yogurt into the popsicle container, filling each mold.
  • Alternate spoonfuls of mixed fruit into the molds like a parfait.
  • Leave some space at the top of each mold, then sprinkle granola on top, pressing it down slightly.
  • Place popsicle sticks inside each mold, ensuring they’re centered.
  • Place the container in the freezer for at least 6 hours, following the cover instructions of your popsicle container.
  • Allow the popsicles to sit at room temperature for a few minutes for easier removal or dip them in hot water for about 10 seconds.
  • Enjoy your refreshing yogurt popsicles immediately!

Notes

For best results, use full-fat vegan yogurt for a richer flavor and creamier texture. Feel free to mix in fresh herbs or experiment with different fruit combinations.
