Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  • Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  • Place the rolled dough on a lightly greased baking sheet or pizza stone.
  • In a bowl, blend together ricotta cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  • Prepare fresh spinach by rinsing and patting it dry; chop if needed.

Cooking/Assembling

  • Spread the ricotta mixture evenly over the rolled-out pizza dough.
  • Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese generously on top of the ricotta.
  • Scatter chopped spinach over the cheese.
