Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Gather all ingredients and chop the onion and garlic finely.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, diced onion, minced garlic, eggs, ketchup, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, oats, milk, parsley, Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Mix gently until all ingredients are well combined, but avoid overmixing.

Cooking

  • Transfer the meat mixture to a loaf pan, shaping it into a loaf form.
  • In a small bowl, combine ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and maple syrup for the glaze.
  • Spread the glaze evenly over the top of the meatloaf.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes. The internal temperature should reach 165°F (74°C).

Serving

  • Remove the meatloaf from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes.
