Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, dried parsley, oregano, basil, and garlic puree.
  • Generously brush both sides of each slice of Texas toast with the garlic butter mixture.
  • Arrange the slices flat on a baking sheet in a single layer.

Baking

  • Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 10 minutes, flipping the bread halfway through if desired.
  • Remove the garlic bread from the oven and serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if preferred.

Notes

For a crispy finish, consider broiling the bread for the last minute of baking. You can also add a sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese before baking for a cheesy twist.
