Preparation

  • In a medium bowl or large measuring cup, whisk together the teriyaki sauce, honey, lemon juice, two tablespoons of olive oil, apple cider vinegar, and ground ginger until fully combined. Set the sauce aside.

Cooking

  • In a large skillet, warm one tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat until it's shimmering.
  • Add the diced chicken to the skillet, sprinkle with lemon pepper seasoning, and cook for about five minutes, or until the chicken is browned and cooked through.
  • Carefully pour the sauce mixture over the chicken, allowing it to bubble at a low boil for about five minutes until thickened.
  • Add the cooked pasta and the sugar snap peas, carrots, and yellow bell peppers into the skillet with the chicken. Toss everything together until well combined.

Serving
