Preparation

  • Gather your ingredients: shrimp, pineapple, and other ingredients.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, minced garlic, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Whisk until blended.
  • Dice the pineapple into bite-sized pieces. Set aside.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.

Cooking

  • Add the shrimp to the hot skillet in a single layer. Cook for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink.
  • Pour in the sweet chili sauce mixture and add the diced pineapple. Stir well to coat.
  • Continue cooking for another 2-3 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken.
