Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients and wash the fruits and vegetables thoroughly.
  • Dice the pineapple, mango, and cucumber into bite-sized pieces.
  • Slice the strawberries and set them aside.
  • Chop the romaine lettuce into hearty chunks.
  • Open the can of mandarin oranges and drain them.

Assemble

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce and cucumbers.
  • Add the diced pineapple, strawberries, mango, and mandarin oranges.
  • In a separate bowl, mix Greek yogurt, honey, lemon juice, and vanilla extract until creamy.
  • Pour the yogurt dressing over the salad and gently toss to combine.

Serve

  • Transfer the salad to a serving platter or bowls.

Notes
