  • 2 cups Baby Spinach Fresh and nutritious.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Carefully slice a pocket into each chicken breast, making sure to not cut all the way through.
  • Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.

Cooking/Assembly

  • In a bowl, mix cream cheese, parmesan, feta, spinach, and sun-dried tomatoes until well combined.
  • Stuff the mixture into each chicken breast pocket.
  • Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat, and sear the stuffed chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden.

Serving

  • Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through (165°F/74°C internal temperature).
  • Allow it to rest for a few minutes, then slice and serve warm.

Notes

Use a meat thermometer to ensure chicken is cooked through without drying out. Add herbs like basil or parsley for extra flavor. Store leftovers in airtight containers for easy reheating.
