Preparation

  • Wash celery sticks under cold water and pat dry.
  • Trim each celery stick to preferred length (about 4-5 inches).
  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, crumbled bacon, chopped green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.
  • Taste the mixture and adjust seasoning as needed.

Assemble

  • Scoop out some of the inner part of the celery stick to create space for the filling.
  • Use a small butter knife or piping bag to fill each celery stick with the cream cheese mixture.
  • Place stuffed celery on a platter and garnish with additional green onions if desired.
