Ingredients
  

Fruits

  • 2 cups Strawberries, sliced Sweet and vibrant flavor.
  • 2 cups Watermelon, cubed Hydrating and refreshing.

Flavor Enhancers

  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice Enhances sweetness and adds tartness.
  • 2 tbsp Honey or maple syrup Natural sweetener (optional).

Preparation

  • Wash the strawberries thoroughly under running water.
  • Remove the stems from the strawberries and slice them into halves.
  • Cut the watermelon into chunks, removing the seeds if necessary.
  • In a blender, combine the strawberries and watermelon chunks.
  • Add lemon juice and honey or maple syrup if desired.

Cooking

  • Blend the mixture on high until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour the blended mixture into popsicle molds, filling them about three-quarters full.
  • Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until fully set.

Serving

  • Remove the popsicles from the molds by running warm water over the outside.
  • Serve immediately for the best texture and freshness.

Notes

For creamier popsicles, blend in some yogurt or coconut milk. Freeze molds overnight for a quick treat anytime. Use silicone molds for easier removal of popsicles. Try adding chia seeds for an extra nutrient boost. Double the recipe for parties and summer barbecues.
