Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a blender, combine sugar, apple cider vinegar, poppy seeds, minced onion, paprika, and Worcestershire sauce. Blend until well combined.
  • With the blender on low, slowly pour in the canola oil through the opening of the cover. Mix thoroughly until smooth.

Assembly

  • In a large salad bowl, place fresh spinach, sliced strawberries, drained mandarin oranges, fresh blueberries, and sliced almonds.
  • Just before serving, pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine all ingredients evenly.

Notes

For the best results, use fresh produce. Consider chilling the salad for about 30 minutes before serving for enhanced flavors. Adjust the sweetness of the dressing to your preference. Double the recipe when serving a larger crowd, keeping dressing separate until ready to serve.
