  • 1 cup Fresh strawberries Sliced into small pieces.
  • 2 tablespoons Honey Adjust to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract Enhances flavor.

Topping

  • 1/2 cup Granola For a crunchy topping.

Preparation

  • Wash the strawberries thoroughly under cold water.
  • Remove the stems and slice the strawberries into small pieces.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract.

Cooking

  • Fold the sliced strawberries into the Greek yogurt mixture gently.
  • Using a spoon, take small portions and drop them onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Sprinkle granola on top of each yogurt bite.

Serving

  • Place the baking sheet in the freezer and allow the yogurt bites to freeze for approximately 2-3 hours or until solid.
  • Once frozen, remove the bites from the baking sheet and transfer to an airtight container for storage.
  • Serve immediately or keep frozen until ready to eat.

Notes

For a creamier texture, use full-fat Greek yogurt. Store leftovers in a single layer to prevent sticking together. Freeze in small batches for easy access.
