Preparation

  • STEP 2: Whisk the egg mixture. In a shallow dish, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
  • STEP 3: Make the breadcrumb mixture. On a large plate, combine 2 tbsp of bread crumbs, 1 tbsp of sugar, and 1/2 tsp of cinnamon.

Assembly

  • STEP 4: Assemble the sandwiches. Spread a slice of bread with 1/4 of the cream cheese mixture and top with two sliced strawberries. Cover with a second slice of bread.
