Preparation

  • Sprinkle the chicken breast with seasoned salt and mix in the crushed garlic for added flavor.

Cooking

  • Light the grill or preheat an indoor grill pan to medium heat, ensuring it's hot enough to achieve nice grill marks.
  • Spray the grates with oil and grill the chicken for 10 to 11 minutes on each side until charred and fully cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F / 74°C).
  • Allow the cooked chicken to rest, then slice it on an angle for an attractive presentation.
