Preparation

  • Wash and slice the fresh strawberries.
  • Peel and slice the bananas, placing them in a bowl with the strawberries to prevent browning.
  • In a separate bowl, measure 8 ounces of whipped topping and allow it to soften at room temperature.
  • Combine the cheesecake pudding powder and the strawberry yogurt in a medium-sized mixing bowl.

Assemble

  • Gently fold the whipped topping into the yogurt mixture until fully blended.
  • Add the sliced strawberries and bananas to the yogurt and whipped topping mixture. Stir gently to incorporate.
  • Pour in the miniature marshmallows and fold them into the salad for a chewy treat.
