Preparation

  • Start by washing your strawberries under cool water. Pat them dry with a clean kitchen towel.
  • Dice the strawberries into small pieces and set them aside in a mixing bowl.
  • In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until it’s smooth and creamy, which will take about 2-3 minutes.
  • Add in powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing well until fully integrated.
  • Gently fold in the whipped cream until the mixture is fluffy.

Assembly

  • Take your taco shells and place them on a clean plate or tray.
  • Use a piping bag or a spoon to fill each taco shell with the creamy cheesecake mixture, distributing evenly among them.
  • Add a generous tablespoon of diced strawberries on top of the cheesecake filling in each taco.
