Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Prepare a large mixing bowl and a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Gather all your ingredients, and set up your workspace.

Cooking/Assembly

  • Mix the cake mix and softened cream cheese until combined and smooth.
  • Roll the mixture into small balls (about 1 inch in diameter).
  • Place the cake balls on the lined baking sheet and chill for 30 minutes.

Serving

  • Melt the white chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second intervals.
  • Dip each chilled cake ball into the melted chocolate, letting the excess drip back.
  • Place them back on the baking sheet and sprinkle with decoration if desired. Let set before serving!

Notes

Chill the cake balls before dipping to maintain their shape. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
