  • 2 cups Greek yogurt Full-fat for extra creaminess.
  • 4 tablespoons Peanut butter Can substitute with almond or sunflower seed butter.

Fruits

  • 1 cup Strawberries Fresh and sliced.
  • 1 large Banana Ripe and sliced.

Toppings

  • 1 cup Granola Choose your favorite kind.
  • 2 tablespoons Honey Optional for added sweetness.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Gather all ingredients: Greek yogurt, peanut butter, fruits, granola, and honey.
  • Wash the strawberries and slice them into bite-sized pieces. Peel and slice the banana.
  • In a bowl or glass, add the chosen amount of Greek yogurt as the base.

Assembly

  • Spoon a generous dollop of peanut butter on top of the yogurt and swirl it in.
  • Layer the sliced strawberries and bananas on top of the yogurt and peanut butter.
  • Sprinkle some granola on top for added crunch.

Serving

  • If desired, drizzle honey over the top before serving.
  • Enjoy fresh, or store leftovers in the fridge for up to two days.

Notes

Can customize with different fruits or toppings. For meal prep, store yogurt and toppings separately until ready to eat.
