Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients and equipment. Clear and clean your workspace.
  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil over high heat.
  • Rinse the strawberries under cold water, then slice them into halves or quarters.
  • Thinly slice the red onion, basil, and mint to prepare for assembly.

Cooking

  • Add the pasta to the boiling water. Cook according to package instructions until al dente, usually about 8-10 minutes.
  • Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and rinse it under cold water to stop the cooking process.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, strawberries, mozzarella balls, red onion, basil, and mint.
