  • Slice the beef into thin strips to ensure even cooking.

  • Chop green onions for garnish and set aside.

Cooking

  • In a large skillet or wok, heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  • Add the sliced beef and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  • Add minced garlic and ginger, cooking for an additional minute until aromatic.
