  • 1 teaspoon Salt Elevates flavor.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper Adds a gentle kick.
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley Chopped, for garnish.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Select a high-quality cut of steak like sirloin or ribeye and trim excess fat.
  • Cut the steak into bite-sized cubes, around 1 to 1.5 inches each.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss the steak cubes in the seasoning blend until evenly coated.
  • Drizzle olive oil over the seasoned steak bites.
  • Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat or an air fryer set to 400°F (200°C).

Cooking

  • For skillet cooking, add the oil-coated steak bites in a single layer to the hot skillet.
  • Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until nicely browned for medium-rare.
  • For air fryer, place the steak bites in the basket and air fry for 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  • Remove steak bites from heat and let them rest for a few minutes.

Serving

  • Plate the steak bites, garnishing with chopped parsley.
  • Serve warm with your choice of sides.

Notes

Steak bites are meal prep-friendly. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
