Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Wash the fresh spinach thoroughly, then pat it dry.
  • Slice the mushrooms thinly for even cooking.
  • Mince the garlic to release its flavor.
  • Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

Cooking

  • Drizzle olive oil over the naan bread, spreading it evenly.
  • Sprinkle minced garlic over the naan.
  • Layer the fresh spinach over the garlic oil, followed by the sliced mushrooms.
  • Add a generous portion of mozzarella cheese over the toppings.
  • Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, and season with salt and pepper.
  • Bake in the oven for about 12–15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

Serving

  • Remove the naan pizza from the oven; let it cool slightly.
  • Slice into wedges with a sharp pizza cutter.
  • Serve warm, garnished with additional Parmesan or fresh herbs if desired.

Notes

For a healthier option, swap mozzarella for a lower-fat cheese. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for later use.
