Ingredients
  

Spinach Dip Mixture

  • 10 oz frozen chopped spinach Thawed and excess moisture squeezed out.
  • 6 oz cream cheese Softened for easy mixing.
  • 1-2 cloves garlic, minced For aromatic flavor.
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper For a slight kick.
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili powder A hint of warmth.
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese, divided For topping and filling.

Dough and Topping

  • 1 tube refrigerated thin crust pizza dough Base for the breadsticks.
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted For brushing on top.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Thaw the frozen spinach, then squeeze out the excess moisture.
  • In a bowl, mix together the spinach, cream cheese, garlic, salt, onion powder, black pepper, chili powder, Italian seasoning, Parmesan, and half of the mozzarella.

Cooking and Assembling

  • Roll out the pizza dough on a baking sheet, keeping it thin.
  • Spread the spinach dip mixture evenly over the dough.
  • Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella on top.
  • Fold or roll the dough to create breadsticks, then cut them into your desired size.
  • Brush with melted butter for extra flavor and color.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
  • Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in airtight containers for up to three days. Freeze unbaked breadsticks for up to a month. Reheat in a 350°F oven for 10-15 minutes.
