Preparation

  • Prep the cauliflower by cutting it into florets and rinsing thoroughly.
  • Dice the jalapenos to your preferred spice level.
  • Mince the garlic cloves.
  • Grease an oven-safe baking dish with cooking spray or oil.

Cooking

  • In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese, sour cream, and minced garlic until smooth.
  • Add the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese, mixing thoroughly.
  • Fold in the cauliflower florets and diced jalapenos.
  • Season with onion powder, salt, and pepper to taste.
  • Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish.
  • Optional: Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.

Notes
