Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Shred the small head of green cabbage into thin slices, aiming for a mix of coarse and fine shreds.
  • Grate the two large carrots finely.
  • In a large mixing bowl, add the cabbage and carrots together.

Dressing Preparation

  • In a separate bowl, combine the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper.
  • Whisk the mixture until smooth.

Combining

  • Pour the dressing over the cabbage and carrot mixture.
  • Stir until all vegetables are evenly coated.

Chilling and Serving

  • Cover the coleslaw and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
