  • Gather your ingredients and put them on the counter for smoother preparation.
  • Chop the green onions and dill finely so they blend well into the dip.
  • Chop the smoked salmon into small pieces for even distribution throughout the dip.

Mixing

  • Soften the cream cheese by leaving it out for about 15 minutes.
  • In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, lemon juice, dill, horseradish (if using), salt, and pepper.
  • Fold in the smoked salmon and chopped green onions to keep them chunky and flavorful.
