Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Drain and chop the artichoke hearts, and thaw and drain the spinach.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  • Add in the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, followed by the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Gently fold in the spinach and artichokes, ensuring an even mixture.

Cooking

  • Lightly grease your slow cooker with cooking spray.
  • Transfer the mixture into the slow cooker and spread it evenly.
  • Cover and set the slow cooker on low for 2 to 3 hours or high for 1 to 1.5 hours.
  • Stir occasionally to ensure even cooking.

Serving

  • Once fully melted and bubbly, turn off the slow cooker.
