Wet Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp melted butter Replace with vegetable oil for a lighter version.

For Cooking

Preparation

  • Gather your ingredients and a large mixing bowl.
  • Mix together the flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, and malt powder (if using) in one bowl.
  • In another bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.

Cooking

  • Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined. A few lumps are okay!
  • Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a little butter or spray cooking oil.
  • Spoon a ladleful of batter onto the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until bubbles form. Then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden.

Serving

  • Stack your pancakes on a plate, drizzle with maple syrup, and sprinkle with your favorite toppings such as fresh berries or sliced bananas.
  • Enjoy right away while warm for the best experience!

Notes

Tips: Don't overmix the batter for fluffy pancakes. Adjust the milk for desired batter thickness. Serve immediately for the best taste.
