Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cook the lasagna noodles al dente according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
  • In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat, then stir in the flour. Cook for about 2 minutes until golden.
  • Gradually whisk in the milk, stirring constantly to avoid lumps. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper; heat until thickened, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Remove from heat, then fold in shrimp and crab meat, setting aside to cool slightly.

Cooking and Assembly

  • Spread a thin layer of the creamy seafood sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  • Layer three lasagna noodles over the sauce, then half of the seafood mix followed by half the ricotta cheese, and a handful of mozzarella.
  • Repeat the layering, finishing with noodles and top with remaining sauce, mozzarella, and Parmesan.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden.

Serving

  • Let the lasagna rest for about 10 minutes before slicing.
  • Garnish with freshly chopped parsley for a pop of flavor and color.
  • Serve warm and enjoy with a side salad or crusty bread.

Notes
