  • Gather and prepare your ingredients: Brown the sausage and cube your bread.
  • In a large bowl, crack the eggs and whisk with milk, salt, and pepper.

Cooking/Assembling

  • Spread the browned sausage evenly in a baking dish.
  • Add the bread cubes over the sausage.
  • Pour the egg mixture over the bread and sausage, then sprinkle cheese on top.
  • Allow it to sit for about 10 minutes to soak.

Serving
