  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Dill Used as a garnish.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Gather all ingredients at your prep station to stay organized.
  • Chop the cooked salmon into bite-sized pieces and place it in a mixing bowl.
  • Add in the whipped cream cheese, minced dill, capers, garlic powder, and kosher salt.
  • Mix using a fork until well incorporated.
  • Set the mixture aside while you prepare the bagels.

Cooking/Assembling

  • Toast mini bagels in a toaster or air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for 3-5 minutes until golden brown.
  • Remove bagels and let cool slightly.
  • Spread a generous amount of the salmon-cream cheese mixture on each toasted bagel half.
  • Top with tomato slices and sliced red onion.
  • Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning and fresh dill on top.

Serving

  • Arrange the finished bagels on a serving platter.
  • Best enjoyed fresh but can be stored for later.

Notes

For a creamier spread, let cream cheese sit at room temperature for 30 minutes. Avoid over-toasting the bagels, and do not overload with toppings.
