Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Marinate the steak by mixing olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  • Cut the steak into even cubes for uniform cooking.
  • Wash and halve the cherry tomatoes, and wash the baby potatoes, cutting them into halves or quarters for even cooking.
  • Allow the steak to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

Cooking

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (around 400°F or 204°C).
  • If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
  • Thread the marinated steak cubes, cherry tomatoes, and potato pieces onto the skewers.
  • Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the steak is at your desired doneness and potatoes are tender.

Serving

  • Once cooked, carefully remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.
  • Garnish with additional fresh rosemary if desired.
  • Serve warm, accompanied by your favorite healthy sides.

Notes

For best results, marinate the steak for at least 30 minutes. Ensure even cooking by cutting all ingredients to similar sizes.
