Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Wash and dry the potatoes thoroughly.
  • Cut the potatoes into uniform pieces to ensure even cooking.
  • Min finely chop the garlic and crumble the feta cheese, setting them aside.

Cooking

  • In a large bowl, toss the potato pieces with olive oil, salt, and pepper until well coated.
  • Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet, cut-side down.
  • Sprinkle the chopped garlic over the potatoes.
  • Transfer to the preheated oven and roast for about 25 minutes.
  • Once the potatoes are golden and tender, remove them and add crumbled feta on top.
  • Return to the oven and bake for another 10-15 minutes until the feta is melted and slightly golden.

Serving

  • Once done, remove the baking sheet from the oven and let it cool for a minute.
  • Transfer the roasted potatoes to a serving dish.
  • Garnish with fresh herbs if desired, and serve warm.
