Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil. Stir until fully combined.
  • Divide the dough into three equal portions, coloring one red, one blue, and leaving one plain.

Cooking

  • Using a tablespoon, scoop the dough and roll it into balls.
  • Coat each ball generously in powdered sugar and place on the prepared baking sheet about two inches apart.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until crinkled and the edges are set.

Serving

  • Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes
