Preparation

  • Rinse your bell pepper, zucchini, and broccoli. Slice the bell pepper into strips and the zucchini into half-moons.

  • Make sure you have everything nearby, like olive oil, fresh herbs, and your prepped chicken and veggies.

Cooking

  • In a large skillet, warm the olive oil over medium heat until it shimmers.
  • Add the chicken to the skillet. Sauté for 5–7 minutes until it’s golden brown and cooked through.
