  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice Offers a cozy, spiced taste.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Add ice to shaker.
  • Combine vodka, RumChata, espresso, pumpkin puree, half & half, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice in the shaker.
  • Shake vigorously for 20 to 30 seconds.
  • Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass.
  • Top with whipped cream and sprinkle pumpkin pie spice.

Notes

For the best flavor, use freshly brewed espresso. Adjust sweetness with maple syrup. Shake well for proper chilling.
