  • 3 large eggs Binds ingredients.
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil Keeps the bread moist.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Grease a 9 x 5 loaf pan and line it with parchment paper.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, pumpkin spice, baking soda, and salt.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  • Beat in the eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract.
  • Gradually whisk in the dry mixture until no lumps remain.
  • Transfer the batter to the prepared loaf pan.

Baking

  • Bake for 50 to 55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • At around 30 minutes, cover the top loosely with foil to prevent over-browning.
  • Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Serving

  • Slice and serve warm or allow to cool completely before storing.

Notes

For the best flavor, use high-quality pumpkin puree. Let the bread cool completely before wrapping. Store in an airtight container to keep fresh.
