Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Gather all ingredients on a clean surface.
  • Grease a loaf pan using a small amount of oil or non-stick spray.

Mix & Cook

  • In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas using a fork until smooth (about 2 minutes).
  • Add the eggs, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract; mix well.
  • In another bowl, blend the almond flour, protein powder, baking soda, and salt.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture, folding until just combined.
  • If desired, fold in chopped nuts or chocolate chips.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  • Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Cooling & Serving

  • Remove the banana bread from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
  • Transfer the loaf to a wire rack to cool completely.
  • Slice into thick pieces and enjoy!

Notes

Use very ripe bananas for the best sweetness. Let the bread cool fully before slicing for better texture. Store in an airtight container to maintain freshness.
