  • Take several rings and cut notches into them, then bend them to create flower petals.

  • Continue adding and gluing more petal layers until your flower takes the desired shape and fullness.
  • Use wire or string to fashion a secure hanger by threading it through the center of the flower.
  • Place a small bowl or plate in the center of your flower and fill it with birdseed, creating a feeding area for visiting birds.
