Preparation

  • Gather all ingredients and necessary equipment, including a blender.
  • Peel the bananas and slice them into smaller pieces for easier blending.
  • Measure out peanut butter, milk, and honey.

Blending

  • Add the banana slices, peanut butter, and milk into the blender.
  • If you’re using honey, add it at this point.
  • Add a handful of ice cubes for that perfect thickness.
  • Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more honey.

Serving

  • Pour the smoothie into a glass or bowl.
  • Optionally, top with sliced bananas or a sprinkle of granola.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 24 hours. Freeze in containers or ice trays for up to 3 months. Reheat by thawing and blending with fresh milk if needed.
