Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Unroll the phyllo dough and lay it flat on a clean surface.
  • Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  • Cut the phyllo dough into strips (approximately 3 inches wide).

Cooking

  • Place a piece of feta cheese at one end of each phyllo strip.
  • Drizzle with chili honey and sprinkle with fresh herbs and black pepper.
  • Fold the strip over the feta, rolling it tightly to seal the filling inside.
  • Brush the outside with olive oil to encourage crispiness.
  • Arrange the rolls on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.

Serving

  • Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
  • Drizzle with additional chili honey before serving.

Notes
