Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil for easy cleanup.
  • Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels to ensure crispiness.

Cooking

  • Place the chicken thighs on the baking sheet, skin side up.
  • Drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, thyme, and oregano evenly over the thighs.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until the skin is crispy and a meat thermometer reads 165°F (75°C).

Serving

  • Once cooked, remove from the oven and let the thighs rest for 5 minutes.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
  • Serve warm with your favorite sides!

Notes

For best results, pat the chicken dry before seasoning and don’t overcrowd the baking sheet. Use a meat thermometer for perfect doneness. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
