Preparation

  • Gather all ingredients and a clean workspace.
  • Shred the cooked chicken into small, bite-sized pieces.
  • Soften cream cheese, then mix it in a bowl with garlic, mozzarella, and parsley.
  • Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Warm the tortillas slightly in the microwave or on a skillet to make them pliable.

Cooking/Assembling

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Lay one tortilla flat and spoon the creamy chicken mixture onto the center.
  • Fold in the sides and roll it tightly to secure the filling.
  • Place the wraps seam-side down in the hot skillet.
  • Cook for about 3-4 minutes or until golden brown, then flip and cook another 3-4 minutes.
