Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • In a separate bowl, melt the coconut oil and mix it with honey or maple syrup and vanilla extract.
  • Combine the wet and dry ingredients, stirring until well-blended and sticky.

Baking

  • Drop rounded spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  • Flatten each cookie slightly with the back of the spoon.
