Crust

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  • Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  • Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully incorporated.
  • In another bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, mixing well.
  • Press a layer of the crumb mixture into the bottom of small cupcake liners or silicone molds.
  • Spoon the cheesecake filling on top of the crust layer and smooth it out.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to set.
  • Top each cheesecake bite with red, white, and blue decorations before serving.
