Ingredients

Main ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon White Miso Offers umami depth and savory flavor.
  • 1/4 cup Tahini Provides creaminess and a rich, nutty backdrop.
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice Offers a bright zing that enhances flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar Adds acidity that brings balance and freshness.
  • 1 tablespoon Pure Maple Syrup A touch of sweetness to round out the flavors.
  • 2 tablespoons Water Helps thin the dressing for the desired consistency.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients: white miso, tahini, lemon juice, rice vinegar, maple syrup, and warm water.
  • Measure out each ingredient into a small mixing bowl or jar.
  • Set aside a whisk or fork for mixing or grab an immersion blender if you prefer a smoother texture.

Combining Ingredients

  • Add the white miso, tahini, fresh lemon juice, rice vinegar, and pure maple syrup to your bowl or jar.
  • Using a whisk or fork, stir vigorously until the mixture is smooth and well-combined.
  • If the dressing is too thick, add 1 tablespoon of warm water at a time until you reach your preferred consistency.

Serving

  • Transfer the dressing to a small serving bowl or jar with a lid.
  • Drizzle generously over salads, grilled vegetables, or use as a dip for fresh veggies.
  • Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.

Notes

For a creamier texture, use an immersion blender for a smoother consistency. Make it ahead of time to deepen the flavors; it gets even better after a day.
