Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners or spray it lightly with cooking spray.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, milk, egg, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  • Mix all ingredients until just combined, being careful not to overmix.

Cooking

  • Scoop the meat mixture into each muffin cup, filling them about 3/4 full.
  • Top each muffin with a drizzle of ketchup, cheese, or your choice of toppings.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until browned and cooked through.

Serving

  • Let the muffins cool for a few minutes in the pan before transferring them to a wire rack.

Notes
