Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked.
  • Add chopped bell peppers and onion; sauté until softened.
  • Stir in taco seasoning and canned tomatoes, cooking until well combined.

Cooking

  • Transfer the beef mixture to a greased casserole dish.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over the top.
  • Arrange the tater tots in a single layer on top of the cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until the tater tots are golden brown.

Serving

  • Once baked, remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes.

Notes
