Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Cut the pineapple in half and hollow out the inside, saving the fruit for later.
  • Use a melon baller to scoop out watermelon balls or cut into chunks.
  • Chop mango and papaya into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
  • Juice the lime, removing any seeds that may fall into the juice.

Cook/Assemble

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the watermelon, mango, and papaya.
  • Drizzle the fresh lime juice over the fruits, ensuring even coating.
  • Sprinkle with chili lime seasoning to taste and mix gently.
  • Carefully load the mixed fruit into the hollowed pineapple halves.

Notes
