Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel.
  • In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • Brush the mixture generously over both sides of the salmon.

Cooking

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Once preheated, place the salmon fillets in the basket, taking care not to overcrowd.
  • Cook for 8-10 minutes or until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.

Serving

  • Carefully remove the salmon from the air fryer, and transfer it to a serving plate.
  • Optionally, garnish with fresh herbs for added color and flavor.
  • Serve immediately with your favorite sides.

Notes

Use skin-on salmon for added moisture and crispiness. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days. Marinate ahead for richer flavor.
